From novice to experienced - and are fully supported by our staff, volunteers and moto support along the route.
All riders are welcome to join our training rides and Strava Club to share and celebrate your successes. Don't forget to use our hashtag, #GearUp4CF.

Volunteer
Volunteers are an integral part of our team, as we work together in our communities to ensure that collectively, we do our best to work to advance impact. GearUp4CF volunteers help at the start in White Rock and along the route and back at the celebration after-party at Crescent Park. Roles include registration at Crescent Park, cheering, pit stops, lunch spot assistance, rider support, and at our celebration after-party BBQ. Check out our volunteer page.
