Posting on social media is a great way to boost your fundraiser! Share a video of your training, wear a past GearUp4CF jersey, or tell your personal story to inspire others.

Don't forget to use our hashtag #GearUp4CF and tag us on social media to spread the word!

The earlier you register, the more time you’ll have to work towards your goals. Set monthly milestones and especially aim to hit key targets during Cystic Fibrosis Awareness Month in May. More time means more chance to reach your fundraising targets!

Company Giving Programs

Many workplaces use platforms like Benevity and Canada Helps to encourage employee donations. If donating through your employer, be sure to specify that your funds are supporting GearUp4CF.

How Your Workplace Can Help:

1. Payroll Deductions – Donate a portion of your paycheck.

2. Bonuses/Incentives – Employers may donate in your name and provide you with a tax receipt.

3. Matching Donations – Some employers match your donation, multiplying your impact!
